Cover Reveal: The Navigator by Erin Michelle Sky and Steven Brown

You guys know I love a good book cover, and today, I'm so excited to participate in the cover reveal for a book I've been looking forward to for what feels like forever. The Navigator is the second book in Erin Michelle Sky and Steven Brown's Tales of the Wendy series, a Peter Pan retelling that focuses on protagonist Wendy Darling as she finds her place in the Royal Navy and meets some creatively-reimagined but still familiar characters in her adventures. I absolutely loved book one in this series when I read it last year, and I've been eagerly awaiting this one ever since. In fact, it was the cover for The Wendy that drew me in in the first place, and this cover is just as incredible. So, without further ado, here it is:

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

As a child, Steven read anything he could get his hands on, sharing his favorite stories with his younger brothers and then acting them out, especially if this required sword fighting on horseback. When they ran out of books, he wrote his own, including his brothers as the main characters by sketching illustrations on magazine clippings.

Meanwhile, Erin fell in love with llamas and with the books of Anne McCaffrey, whose Dragonriders of Pern series inspired her to become a writer. When she finally met Anne McCaffrey at a fantasy convention some two decades later, she wept uncontrollably throughout the entire affair. She does significantly better with llamas.

Together, they are Dragon Authors, writing science fiction and fantasy for teens and adults. Their short fiction has been published in the Hugo-nominated Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine. The first volume of their newest series, Tales of the Wendy, has been chosen by Goodreads as one of the hottest new YA series of 2018.

I don't know about you guys, but I am beyond excited for this book. I really need to go back and reread the first one soon. It was such a great book, and I can't wait to see what happens to Wendy and all the other characters I loved in this next installment.
